Another major syrup blog!

It has been a busy week! I don't remember what day it was but we went and watched Conner's soccer game and this time Michael got done with work in time to go!! It was fun to watch the last half when they were playing well and Conner even scored!!! We love watching all the sports in the FALL!!! Ok ...fall?...90 degrees is not what I would technically call fall.I just thought Keija looked cute in this little outfit so I wanted to post it:)
We headed to Gma & Gpa Great's to try out a recipe gma brought back from Chile...uh..it was interesting. None of us liked it too much. It was the first time in my entire life I have eaten with my gma and not had her tell me I had to finish everything on my plate! She also gave each of us the clay pot the dish was cooked in and I love it. It is perfect for bean dip...THANK yOU!!! While we were there gpa pulled out all of the dress ups they used to have in their ball room. Oh the memories that brought flooding back, especially once I smelled them. We all had a Fabulous time reminiscing. Kailye just likes trying them on. And laughing at all of us.
Friday night we had a "Homemade Pizza & Carmel Apples Night". Afterward we decided we are starting an annual tradition...all are welcome next year.(someone remind me?) The pizza mom & kk made was sooooo yummy!
All the kiddo's playing. Kk loved that everyone got to come to her house.

Mom & Holly...no family resemblance there eh?
Masha & G2! He's so adorable!!
Michael had an alumni game on Saturday. For the first time in years the alumni won! Everyone Michael used to play with came out and it was fun to see who was married and who's had kids since we all last saw eachother 2 years ago.
Kari & Jayci at the Rugby game.

Keija Lou!

Saturday bight was Game Night for the U!! It was homecoming and we won!!!!! Again! We are now 5-0!!!!
Me and my girls doing the usual faces. (We'll teach Keija soon)
Gpa & Gma Griffee with all..minus Jayci...their grandkids! yep 5 girls, ages 3 months-19 years! Check out keija's socks!
Bet you didn't know Obama & McCain were UTE fans!!!
Chandler & Aubri
Tonight we were invited to go to the Circus with the Griffee family. It was a lot of fun. This pic is just because I found Pirate leggins and I knew Bobbie would love them so I bought them. (Bobbie told me she just wants Keija for christmas)She cracks herself up..I guess we'll see what she does once she realizes its her.
This elephant was so funny...it actually skipped around. It was so cute. This is me and all my Monkey's. yes we all have big ears, I know!

Grandpa spoils kk just a bit;) She got a pony, a monkey, and a funky tiger mug.

Not the best picture but the only one I took.

Catch Up!!!

Things have been busy around the Griffee house.

Quick overveiw
Kk had a school Carnival-I felt way too young to have a kid old enough for that:(
We are loving the FaLL WeATheR!!!,
We are also loving being Bobbie's home work
Enjoying watching the Utes win and pretty much all the fall football.
Watching Deeds!!
I love these flowers we bought for Keija's blessing...they are HUGE and beautiful!
Keija is teething a bit...she's likes to put everything in her mouth!
We made a yummy shrimp salad, with home grown lettuce, to go with mom's Awesome! BBQ chicken,
before the kickball game.
We've been making HaLLoWeeN costumes for my babies.
And lending Kk's first Halloween costume to cute patutie Aubri-It's WAy to small for Keija.

Life is good for us. Michael is working his tail off! We rarely see him between showing houses in the evening and the commute. He seems to be enjoying what he is doing though. I am glad I have such an incredible husband who works so hard to support us and who works SO hard to better himself. I love staying home with my kiddos!! They get so big so fast.

Keija is laughing and giggling, loves to roll over but then hate to be on her tummy, and is the happiest baby. She'll smile at everything.

Kailye is enjoying school-so is mommy-and has, of course, made tonz of friends! She is reading away, which seems so strange to me:) She's so big!

I have been trying to keep my house together, keep up on the dishes, and take care of kiddo's. But today I did actually get my rear to the gym for the first time in a year :P I know so sad..but I did it! Well that's the "brief" update on the Griffee's.

Blessing

We've had a great weekend hanging out with family and enjoying our kiddo's. Friday night we went to dinner at Tepanyaki's with Nat and Chandler and Leeana. It was soooo yummy. I love that place. Saturday we headed to Grandpa Dan's to watch the Utah football game...ok they were only playing Utah state, and crushed them, so we mostly watched the USC vs. Ohio game.

Today we blessed our little one and it was so special. I can't even express how greatful I am to have such a great family. I loved having so many men in the circle to bless our Keija. Michael did a wonderful job. I had people in our ward ask if that was my entire extended family and I had to laugh and say "nope, not even half". She was suprised so much of our family was so willing to come support us and our little one. We are so blessed to have such wonderful children and such an amazing family. Here are some cute pictures dad took from the day.
I am not very good about getting out thank you notes, so to those of you who came and who helped with food THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
