Another update...just for you Holly:)

We have been busy with the end of the school year events!

Kailye had her kindergarten program.
She did great...she talked through most of it and I think we have her picking her nose on tape but it was VERy cute. We are very happy to be done with kindergarten and get a re-focus this summer before first grade. We are glad she has a great time at school but we have no love loss for her teacher. Michael & I are pretty firm believers that a child can excel with any teacher as long as the parents are involved but we would have liked to see more discipline in the class room than we saw this year. Hopefully next year will be a better story.Keija just wanted to eat...shocker I know.

Last week mom & I took the kiddo's to the zoo also. It was so fun to see the new Madagascar exhibit. We had a great time and the weather was perfect.Kailye also turned 6 this week!!! Oh my word, up until now no birthday has really weirded me out but 6 did it! She is no longer just a little kid...she is very opinionated...okay she's always been opinionated, and talented, and finding her voice carries weight with her friends. She is learning early her influence over people. I have been surprised to watch her just walk away from situations where she is being yelled at or put down by a friend (they are only 6) and have it not affect her in the least. She is a strong little lady. She is getting so old. I miss my tiny, little, loud mouth, jabber talking baby but it is amazing to see her grow up into such a beautiful and talented girl. She LOVES her little sister and their bond shows it. Keija gets SO excited to see kk.

We had a bday party for kk. It was so hard for her to narrow her list from 35 of her closest friends to 14. But she did it. The kids had a great time just playing at the park..
Keija wanted to follow the kids so badly...
Walking just wasn't cutting it....

Kailye had a late start to school today for a kindergarten field trip. She told me yesterday when she got home from school..."mom, I have to be late to school tomorrow. I'm REALLy good at that!" She's so cute.

We went to KK's dance recital this week. It was fun to watch her have fun. She has had some trouble concentrating in class (I think this is partly due to her lack of discipline in school) but her teacher took the challenge and ran with it. SHe wrote Kailye a wonderful letter telling her she was her best learner when she focused. She spent half of the dance waving at us. After she told me she couldn't see me so she just kept waving so I could see her:)
Our "little" Keija is growing up too fast also. She is walking as much as she can lately. I am glad to have her be a little more mobile before the next one comes. Keija is such a joker. She loves to tease people...something I'm sure she gets from her daddy. She is also just as much of a poser for the camera as her sissy. She loves to dance and we love her little personality. So far she seems to be just as loud and opinionated as KK...which I love!!! I'm pretty sure none of our children will be quiet since Michael and I definitely aren't...especially at home with just our family:) We love our kids and are soooo excited to ad to our family with a little man...still un-named:(

Keija loved watching KK's dance recital. She would just dance and dance!!Michael has been working hard and I have been getting more uncomfortable by the minute. This pregnancy is still heads and tails easier than the others but he sure is a big baby!! I'll get a belly pic up soon.
