Back on top

I am back to getting things done again...Even though the Buddha is 3 months old:) I'm a little slow.

I have been trying this month to work on setting goal again. I used to have lists of goals every year while I was working, but for some reason since then I dropped off. I have definitely noticed the difference in even the smallest aspects of my life. I decided today to set the short term:)

I've been inspired by my beautiful sisters the past few months and the examples they have been showing to me. They both have goals they are working towards. My little sister has been working her butt off, literally! I'm so proud of her and have decided it's time to join in on her drive and enthusiasm. So I started to work out more seriously this week. I have been walking and running from time to time but nothing steady. Well no more excuses!! I decided having two tiny ones is no longer my excuse, it is my reason. I refuse to be the chubby mom.

Beyond the physical goals I am also trying to set financial goals again. Michael and I once paid off 20k in debt in two years with goals. So there it is...out of debt, and quick. I have been trying to work here and there to make some extra cash to help. If anyone hears of anything I can do-from home or a few hours a week-please let me know:)

Well speaking of the short term, I really need to get the laundry folded:)

Hey Congrats on your goal setting uhhh goals. That is awesome! Just about 2 months ago all the sudden I started setting goals for myself, just little tiny things and I have stuck to them amazingly enough. They have been fun to work on and I feel better when I do them every day or week. Let me know if you ever need some help with anything. Wish we lived closer I would be your work out buddy!

I love setting short term goals because you feel so amazing when you accomplish them. Sometime my goal for the day is to make it til bedtime! But like you guys, we are trying to pay off my husbands truck so that we have no car payment. Good luck! I can't wait to hear how you do!
